Comments:
Consultation: Massaged both injuries, talked about things we would accomplish to get things back to normal.
Decided to go with a different approach and work on the hip alignment for left and right leg to take away a focus on the quad and knee specifically.
Wall exercises:
90-90 Hip Lift with Hip Shift
90-90 Hip Lift
Left Sidelying Right Glute Max w/o Resistance
90-90 Hip Lift with Medial Hamstring
Whew..I have weak hips to begin with so let's see how this works out.
Not bad, actually feeling some results by the evening.
