I am so productive this summer but i never marked all the dates for practices so i guess i missed yesterday's. hrrmmm oh well. So last night i went to the gym where i proceeded to endure a very hellish run. you see, Sora made dinner and we had bean burgers and since i eaten a really small breakfast and lunch i was RAVENOUS. so i ate a bunch of reallly fibrous foods. then didn't give digestion time. i originally planned to run a 45 min run but i could barely make it to thirty. I'll have to prepare better next time.
P.S i have started my 1 hr. yoga 100 push ups/200 crunches. Ow. Ow. Ow.
