Comments:
Decided to incorporate some speed in my run today. There is a loop in my neighborhood that is 1.15 miles. I warmed up and did the loop twice, with a recovery between each. My first loop was done in 7:25. At the mile mark, I was at 6:33. My second loop was done in 7:05 and I was 6:15 at the mile. I cooled down after.
