Comments:
Preacher curls- 3x10, (45 plate for each set)
Bicep Curls- 3x8, (30 lb dumbbells for each set)
Incline Curls- 3x12 (20 lb dumbbells for each set)

Wide grip lat pull down- 3x10 (100 lbs for each set)
Pull-up- 3x5 (BW)
Bent over row- 2x12, 1x10- (1st two at 100 lbs, 120lbs for last)
Seated Row- 3x10 (100 lbs for each set)
