Comments:
my legs were feeling the 13 yesterday, though i didn't really feel it until i started running. took it easy since this was kind of recovery-- a short easy run to cap off my first week over 50.
ibis x40, hips x20, 4x25 pushups while watching usatf nats recorded from last night. the 5k was sick.
