Comments:
Ughh. Had a couple of margaritas last night and sweat it out of my system this morning. Struggled kinda. Legs tired from 8 miles yesterday too. Conditions humid. Warm-up, 2x 1.15 mi loop in my neighborhood with recovery in between and then a cool-down. 1st was done in 7:35 and the 2nd was 7:25. Compare to last week's 7:25 and 7:05 for the two. Lesson: don't drink and run kids.
