1.5 w/u, 2x200 in 27.8 and 28.0, went 1:52 for 800 after going out in 55 trailing behind nick and luke. 800 felt pretty easy.. never really tied up that bad. 13 min easy to the horseshoe hill where i did 6 x 40-45sec uphill. 12 min c/d
