This is my first time seriously running after rehab. I am given several exercises to do before I can start running again, I've been working out my legs and hips for 3 weeks now. I haven't ran for about 3 months now. Hopefully I can train up again.

Toe Curls




4 Miles, 8:00 Minute Pace, Dreadful. It was tough keeping up with Tony and Enrique. Me and Lindsay were struggling.
