warmup, tempo mile, 2 min jog, tempo mile #2, strides, cooldown.
didn't feel very good on the tempo for some reason, the miles were 5:35 and 5:38 in sneakers. also, I was landing much heavier on my right leg, and I think something in my right hip flexor is the problem.
