Comments:
not as good as last week, but i guess that's to be expected. i met a few of the other runners, with brett being especially nice and cool (she ran with me for the last 1.5 or so of the tempo, which was very helpful)
tempo splits were something like 6:27, 6:31, 6:41, 6:51 so obviously not my best work... but that's fine. i still think i'll be in shape in a few weeks... i hope...
ran straight back after the tempo rather than staying to do striders or anything, mostly because i had to poop. i'll do some strides tomorrow morning.
