Comments:
ran 5 this morning to finish off a second week of 52-- going up to 60 next week. because it was a shorter run, i ran a little faster, but it was tough because i was still feeling yesterday's long run. i felt strong though. unfortunately there aren't many flat streets in atlanta, otherwise i might do some striders. it's not like i'm running a 1600 though, so i won't have to worry too much. relax until the race, then back to business.
stretch, ibis x40, hips x20, pushups.
