Comments:
Leg was really tight in the beginning and my left knee had some mild pain. Pain alleviated around mile 3 but my IT tightness remained. Run felt great -- pretty tired, but I'm not accustomed to anything over 5 miles yet. So, overall, I say it was a good run!

Knee had pain the rest of the day and my IT progressively tightened up. I stretched, rolled and iced it a bunch.
