Training Run at Work

Weather: low 60°s and humid

Today I registered for the Beat the Bridge race in Seattle on Sunday. Decided I should run before then. I felt great until I got to the bottom of the hill on 51st and then I had to come back up. Wow.

Also, I need to register for future races so I continue to train.
