Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 40, windy

Comments:
3xmile, 800, lap jog recovery. 5:28, 5:33, 5:28, 2:48. Felt like dogshit today. Body was not use to the track, felt weak, right leg was flopping around. Just not a good workout. Most of it was in lane 2, due to benches/training tables in lane 1. That may be part of the reason why the times were so slow. Got a workout in, just got to move on.

I have been reading a lot about patellar tendonitis and I think it is due to having weak quads. Basically, if your quads are shot, they can't absorb any impact/shock, and it all goes to the knees. Going to start figuring out how to strengthen my quads.
