Comments:
That felt great. I was going to take the day off, but around 5:00 I really felt like getting out there. I think that's a good sign. That's one week, running every day. I think if I can get one more week under my belt, I'll have the habit set and two miles should start getting easy. Then I'll work on going a little further.
