6 mile run in the evening
10 min abs with team

1 hour paddleboard workout in the morning with lifeguard team - included long paddle and racing out to the end of the pier and back several times

Surf Entry Workout - 1 Surf Entry followed by either 30 pushups or 1 Min of Abs x 4
