Wow, faster than i thought. I felt TERRIBLE. I ate watermelon before the run. not a good idea. The strides were especially difficult so i was VERY slow on getting to them. then i had to hurry cause we were gonna bound. I was gasping for air during the whole thing. But it was a Great workout because I was TIRED. Still am.
