Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
So this was a really, really good run...until the end. I felt good, even though it was kind of hot. I was jammin to Katy Perry in my head, alternating between Peacock and E.T. It was cool, I could tell I was going at a good pace but my legs didn't really feel it. But then when I got back and was outside the half blue house, the same guy from the other day was outside on his porch. He waved, so I said hi back. He was staring at me like the other day, so I moved behind a tree to stretch. Then he stood up so I was in his line of vision again. Then I heard him say excuse me! And I ignored him. Then he started kind of yelling it, so I was like umm...yes? And then he motioned for me to go over! I did not. And then he started making these kissy noises and I started to kind of freak out. I probably should have gone inside at that point but I was still like cooling down and moving around a little, so I went onto our porch (still stretching) and positioned myself behind a pillar so he couldn't see me. Then he walked down off his porch, and I was like oh my god he's coming over here! But he just stood at the very edge of the street and stared at me! He was clearly staring right at me, so I stood up and asked do you need something? And he was like, no, I'm just standing. Then I went inside. I was really scared, so I locked the doors. Maybe a little paranoid, but I was kind of freaked out. I think next time he's out I'm just gonna go directly inside...
Stretch, abs 8x30, hips in my room, watching Gilmore Girls
I thought this was a good selection for the title because running and being scared both make your heart beat fast. Also because it's playing right now.
