Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
ran in the forest to algonquin with schreiner. we were moving pretty good, but i was kinda rushed on my way out the door so i forgot my watch and i dont know how fast we were running. it was nice to have someone out there to help push me though, cause ive been running pretty slow the last couple of days. knee hurt a little at the beginning but went away by the time i got to touhy and felt fine the rest of the way.
