ran the t-loop 5 times. with a very short water break in between each. 1st loop: 7:49, 2nd loop: 7:49, 3rd loop: 7:48, 4th loop: 7:49, 5th loop: 6:59. total: 38:18. being in the shade helped. and frequently seeing teammates and being encouraged by them also helped.
