Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Warmed up my legs at King of the Beach with two swim sprints. My left quad was still pretty sore from the swim race I did yesterday and my IT was tight all day, but it loosened up during the competition.

I stretched really well for the run and had virtually no pain (my quad pain was more noticeable, but that isn't a problem.) I only had slight twinges in my knee when I stepped off a sidewalk or ran on some on uneven ground. When I was stretching afterward there was a beautiful pop in my knee while I did butt stretch. Dunno if thats a good sign or not but it felt great.

Stretched, iced and took a long hot shower afterward and everything felt fine. Woke up this morning with minor soreness in my knee--much better than the past few days! Hoping the run this evening goes well.

Pace for this run was good. Definitely adjusting to it now. Feels much easier than last week.
