Morning: 4 mile run on treadmill. 1st mile at 5.5 mph pace. Mile 2 at 6.0 mph. Mile 3 at 6.5 mph. Mile 4 at 7 mph.
Afternoon: 6 min of continous abs. 30 pushups. 30 crunches.
