Weather: Verrrry nice

Towers workout.... 1 2 Tree x 3 then a surprise tempo mile. Strided the uphills/gave it all I had and then the mile was pretty painful. Didn't want to lay the hammer on the mile, would've been overkill. Good workout! Not too sore
