  Comments: 
short loop around the lake.  foot feeling a lot better.  can feel it a little after running but not at all when i wake up in the morning.  going to try and  get 25 miles this week and next week then see if I can step it up from there.  feeling a lot better running though.  still working hard but i can tell its a better pace.
