Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
1 mile warm up, 2x800, 1x600 with 4 minutes rest in between.
2:23, 2:18, 1:45. feel great afterward, but during it i just felt slow. was running it with a friend and he wanted to cut the last one to a 6 and try to run evens so we went 70, 35 and ran perfectly even. 1.5 mile cooldown.
