Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Hot. Is there any other temp lately?
Comments:
Felt good after the first mile so I thought it would be really smart to throw in 2 hard miles. Of course I didn't take the heat into consideration...or that the next two miles were uphill. I kept it at ^:45 pace for as long as I could, and then dry heaved in someone's yard.
Positive experience over all.
