got after it a bit just to see what I could do. While I ran a workout yesterday, I am so pumped to be back out on the road I just figured...fuck it. I picked a new route and quickly realized it was going to be a lot more hilly than expected. The first three were all uphill, followed by 1.5 rolling down, and .5 flat. I shut it down after 5, mostly due to the fact that i had to take a smash in the worst way. Thankfully McDonalds was on my route...no poison ivy there. I cruised home...which was mostly up hill, kind of sucked but such is life when you live in Cheshire. Overall, happy with the run given my lack of training. With yesterdays workout and todays hilly route, i am a bit more confident that I will be OKin VT...but not convinced :)
