Only me, ben, and steph today. I wasnt feeling good after my 6miler so I didnt have much expectations for this. After the first one in a relaxed 2:55, my goal was to cut off 5sec on each one and I did exactly that. Did a cooldown lap barefoot and it felt great feeling the track directly under my feet. Definitely going to do more barefoot cooldowns from now on/get some minimalist shoes that i can use for a few miles a week.
