Comments:
Ran Group 2 Boys, started with twenty or so guys with James McBrdide and a Hershey coach. After a good stretch got going out at 7:10 first mile. Started cruising from there and dropped most the group in Ridge Road Neighborhood. There was a okay grade uphill there. On the way back we had 5 guys and were moving. I was feeling great still controlling my breathing unlike the others. With us was me two Hershey kids a Delaware and a District 1. Last mile was 6:33.
