Surprised at how good I felt considering the workout yesterday. Went out to run 7 and tried to keep the out and back even but ended up negative splitting by a few seconds. Added on a mile and ended up running it in 6:59 by accident. whoops. Still some soreness in my right calf and now on my lower right back/ass area I'm actually not sure what to call it but no cause for alarm.
