I've been feeling really down about my running lately. I can't seem to shake these nagging semi-injuries. Ran 30 min with rachael and some after and I'm gonna call it a day. Legs need a little break I think. Hopefully I can hit 80 next week... This summer feels like a bust, I really wanted 1000 miles but it doesn't look like it's going to happen
