Poop Loop + Track

Comments:
Did the mile warm up, quick stretches and 200s. Then Poop Loop with John. Got back and on the track right away. Started out and hit 1:35s (6:20 pace) for 6 laps then went to ideal alumni race pace (5:40) for 2 laps. Felt real comfortable the whole time, getting excited for the season but need a full tempo soon.
