Felt like I was running slow, I meant to run slow, but it ended up not being that slow, maybe that says something good about my fitness. Dehydrated however, and cut the run a mile short. Negative split even though I felt worse on the way back.(it was a 7 mile out and back with a mile loop supposed to be added on.)
