Weather: hot but shady
Comments:
Ran the first 5 at a decent clip, faster than I thought which makes me feel like I'm becoming more and more fit, slowly started lowering the hammer on miles 6, 7, and 8 hitting 7:08, 6:58, and 6:44 respectively, then continued to actually drop said hammer at the last mile while at the same time taking off the gloves and started moving to a 5:51 last mile. Feeling really fit and even though this is my highest mileage week ever I feel like I'm not getting worn down. The runs are getting easier.
