Comments:
Ran on the treadmill. 2 miles up and then 4.5 miles of continuous 800's. Ran about 2:48-2:52 pace on and around 3:35 on the offs. 1/2 mile cool down for 7 miles. Then 5 miles (19:30) on the recumbent after wards. Then some core. This was a tough workout after 3 of them.
