Comments:
It was hot out, but still planned on doing my tempo for the week with Aaron. Did a little more than the middle school course for a warm up then put my Forevers on. Started J and B's and the tempo started at the Bridge halfway on Pleasant View. Had the mile marks mapped out, first went through in 5:55 just before the Hill on Kellinger. Felt good though, kept trucking to the second mile at 11:36. It was slightly downhill but either way my stomach was starting to hurt. Slowed up a bit but kept moving up and over hess hill and finished pretty strong.
