Comments:
Woke up today sorer than I've been in months in my upper thigh area (maybe feel up friday wasn't the best idea).

But really it hurt a lot when I woke up and I spent a while throughout the day trying to make the pain go away and finally got it to subside a little bit by stretching for around 30 minutes.

After I went for a run in the reserve up broken hills and just came straight back down the service road after because I hurt a lot going up the hill.

Might go for a run or a long swim tomorrow to offset the missed miles today.
