Comments:
Well it was supposed to be a day off but I haven't been getting my mileage in so I took it slow and just got an extra run in since I've been hurting lately and needed to get miles in anyway.

Comments:
-Still sore in upper thigh/groin, took around 2 miles to get it warm
-Still feel a lot of pain in thigh/groin going up hills even when warmed up
-Besides that, feeling quite good about my running.
