Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Already did abs in the morning so focused on upper body. Didn't do too many weights / reps because I don't want to be sore but still got an alright work out in. Arm was also sore from my tetanus shot so it was hard to do a lot of reps of anything.
Also did a bit of rope stretching / other things.
