Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Mile warm up then some skipping, stretches, and 200s. Did the 15 min run as it started absolutely pouring. Went out the first mile with 4 or 5 other guys in in 6:10ish. The rain was letting up and I took off from there. Started negative splitting little by little and got to 10 laps 15 or so seconds ahead of time. Felt great, like another tempo basically and glad to beat everyone and lap most. Course and mud for cooldown.
