Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Met up with Martin at Concordia again. Decided on the way out that we should do a triple bluff warm up to get used to having them a few times a week at least, I'm sure Russ will be having us do those. After that we called it 2 miles and added 8 on, backwords loop going south. Some of the mile splits were pretty fast but my legs didn't seem to mind because they were pretty loose from the hills. Legs aren't even tired from yesterday's tempos, guess I wasn't pushing as hard as I should have.
