1 mile cool down

Didn't feel like a very good workout for me. Went to Concordia to run the workout with Martin and he smoked me. The warm up was way too fast for me and I was already tired when the tempos started. Tempo paces felt harder than they should have been and Martin was pulling away from me each interval. I was breathing heavily by the 3rd one and thought I would die on the last. At least the cool down was at a reasonable pace, but it still felt kinda fast for my liking. Guess I'm not in as good shape as I thought I was.
