Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran really fast to muscle rocks with Mr. Caughey, he can really set a pace. We were going at like 7:10-7:15 most of the time so it didn't feel like a recovery. Reason for the slower time was that I went back to make sure all the freshman were finishing.

-Felt good, fast.
-Didn't feel like a recovery per say, but I think my legs will feel recovered tomorrow because of the flat terrain.
-Surprised muscle rock was only 2 miles out, maybe my watch was off and we actually ran even faster?
