Comments:
8.5 - 10.0 cycles. Had to hop off to use the bathroom in the middle of the last cycle so when i got back i just did it from 9.0 - 11.0 with the last minute at 12.0 with 3.0 incline. Overall pretty easy, but i was tired afterwards from the lack of sleep.
