Comments:
4x400 at a little slower than 800 pace with 2 minutes rest followed 10 mins later by 6x200 at 800 pace with 2 mins rest. 400's were 60, 61, 62, 63 and the lactic acid buildup got pretty bad by the last one. 200's felt awesome and just felt stronger as they went on going 30, 29, 29, 29, 28, 27. Feeling fairly strong
