Hill Mile Loop

Comments:
Did the Hill Mile course 5 time continuous for 6 miles total. Started out pretty easy and Ziggy went off the front. The rest of the top 5 at Aaron Focht worked well through the first 3 laps. John and I kinda went off last 2 and caught Ziggy pretty easily. John took off hard with a half mile to go. I just kept the pace and finished shortly behind with Zig. Started to feel yesterday's 12 by the 4th and 5th laps.
