Comments:
Stubbed my toe really while taking out the trash so I'm not able to run really on my left foot. I can hop around and do slow jogs if I stay on my heels but it's just really sore/painful to run with proper form so I'll probably be out for two days or so.
But here's what I did instead.
30 minutes of Cycling at high intensity intervals
15 minutes of Eliptical at a really fast pace w/ high resistance
My HR was around 130-160 for both things so I hopefully still got a good workout
