Weather: 72 and AC under a fan!
Comments:
2 miles 14:20/3 miles 17:35/2 miles in 14:18. 7 miles in 46:10. Felt ok. Just getting back to doing workouts so my threshold is not that great and it is a mental game to run hard for that long. Getting fitter each week and did this one in 17:52 last week and 18:10 the week before. Core after run!
