The Good and the Bad

Comments:
The Good: Went through 5k in 17:57 at Time to Sperr 10K (37:05)been trying to break 18 again for past 2 years. Maintained pace well until...
The Bad: last 3/4 mile left hamstring started to pull. With about 200 meters to go couldn't run on it at all had to gallop to finish. Ice Bath, Compress, Iboprofren, hopefully I'm not off too long feel like I'm starting to get back to racing shape.
