Weather: 72 and AC under a fan!
Comments:
Ran 3 miles at 7:04 pace and then did 12 x 1:00 on/1:00 off then 1.25 cool down at 6:58 pace. Ran the on's around 5:50 pace to start and then worked down to 5:20-5:30 the last few with the last one about 5:15 pace. Felt pretty good after loosening up!
